BUYING POLICY

POLICY 1: Our business is base on minimal profit margin which means we will not fund shipping costs. We do not inflate our product price to cover shipping expenses.
POLICY 2: Please be aware that product colour may vary from computer screen to computer screen, this causes variation in the colour of our photos. We do not photoshop the colour of our cushions but it is impossible to show exact colour online. The photo of the cushion you are viewing is the cushion you will receive but your screen may be showing different colour tone.
POLICY 3: We never guarantee reprint. If you like a product make sure you purchase it whilst available to avoid disappointment... chances are you wont see it online again.
POLICY 4: We use the best materials we can to manufacture the best products we can for the price. The more you are paying the higher quality the fabric sourced.
POLICY 5: Refund and Exchanges. We will not cover shipping costs for refunds or exchanges. We do not inflate our prices to cover these expenses. All items are checked for imperfections twice prior to being shipped. (see below)

 

Refund and Exchange Policy

We are happy to refund or exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase. We have to charge return shipping costs to enable us to keep our product costs low. 

Items must be returned unused. The customer is responsible for payment of returning items. For exchange we charge a flat rate $8.95 shipping charge.

For refund, please return to PO BOX 928, Bribie Island, QLD, 4507 within 28 days of delivery. Please include a note inside so staff know what to do with return items. We only refund costs of goods, we do not refund shipping/handling charge. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For exchange, please return to PO BOX 928, Bribie Island, QLD 4507 within 28 days of delivery. Please include a note inside so staff know what to do with return items. Please include your details, and clear instructions on what items you would like to exchange for. If for any reason the chosen designs are no longer available once we received your returned goods, a staff member will contact you to discuss options We will invoice you for return shipping costs once items are received by us. Once payment is made we will return exchanged items. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
